・Responsible for customer service at the hotel front desk, including checking in guests, accepting check-out reservations, and handling paperwork (including simple computer input).

・Serving meals: Guests are generally provided with no meals, but meals can be served to guests' rooms upon request. This also includes washing dishes and clearing the table.

・Other duties: Mainly checking guest rooms after cleaning to ensure proper reception. *Please be fully responsible for all hotel duties.

・During the off-season, we ask that you help with hotel maintenance and tending to the plants and trees that come into contact with nature.

Working hours

Working hours vary depending on the day. Up to 8 hours between 6:00 and 22:00

This is a continuous shift, so there are no breaks in work.

Salary

Full-time employee monthly salary: 225,000 yen and up (220,000 yen during trial period)

For experienced candidates, we will assess your base salary based on your first month of work.

In addition, the system allows your hourly wage to increase quickly as you learn the job.

We have established evaluation criteria such as learning basic tasks and working on tasks that are unique to each individual.
